Shipping policy

For Chamory, your shipping policy should explain when orders dispatch, how long delivery takes, and what shipping costs. There isn’t a built-in shipping-policy template, so use this outline to gather the content before publishing:

  • Shipping coverage: The countries or regions you deliver to, plus any excluded locations.
  • Order processing: Your actual dispatch timeframe in business days, including weekend and holiday handling.
  • Delivery estimates: Expected delivery times after dispatch, separated by region or shipping service.
  • Shipping charges: Your rates, how customers see them, and any free-shipping threshold.
  • Tracking: Whether tracking is provided and how customers receive it.
  • Delays or delivery problems: How you notify customers about delays and where they can ask for help.
  • Contact details: Your customer-support email.
  • International orders, if applicable: Shipping origin and information about additional customs or import charges.

Use timeframes your supplier or courier can realistically meet, and have the final policy reviewed for your business and jurisdiction.
